This is a recipe that was a hit in our home, we found it over at Tea and Stories and modified it to fit our dietary needs. it was so much of a hit even the picky but not picky (until we went primarily plant-based he was not picky, now there is a smidge of picky-ness)Mister ate and LOVED it.
The original recipe called for 1 cup of applesauce, 3/4 cup of flour, 1 apple and 1 tbsp of brown sugar.
What we replaced it with was 1/2 cup pumpkin puree and 1/2 cup of pear sauce (applesauce but made from pears), 1/2-3/4 cup gf all-purpose mix, 1 pear, and 2 tbsp of coconut palm sugar.
Everything else via the Tea and Stories recipe remained the same. Guys this was a huge win and an easy meal especially on a high pain day for me. We give it πππππ
